1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website and any orders you place with Oooh("we", "us"). We trade in South Africa and prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders & contract
When you checkout, you offer to buy the goods in your cart at the prices shown. We may accept or decline an order (for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (e.g. order confirmation email or status update).
3. Price & VAT
Unless we say otherwise, displayed prices are inclusive of VAT where VAT applies. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before you pay.
4. Delivery & risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs (if applicable), or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
6. Product information
You are responsible for choosing sizes and styles suited to you. Where we publish measurements or fit notes, use them as a guide — slight variation between batches can occur with apparel. If something arrives materially different from how we described it, contact us so we can put it right under the CPA where applicable.
7. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts — subject to any mandatory CPA processes that apply to you.
