Refund & returns policy

1. Our goal
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and store credit work in broad terms for customers in South Africa.
2. Defective or incorrect items (CPA)
If goods are defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. Contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist.
3. Change of mind (discretionary)
Template placeholder: Many stores offer a limited change-of-mind window for unused items in original packaging. Specify your own window (e.g. 7 or 30 days), exclusions (underwear and swimwear once hygiene seals or tags are broken, sale items), and who pays return shipping. Until you configure this, assume change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed except where the CPA applies.
4. Store credit
Where we issue store credit instead of a card refund (for example after an order adjustment or where you choose credit), credit is applied to your account in line with our checkout and admin processes. Credit may expire or be non-transferable — set your own rules here.
5. How to start a return
Email hello@oooh.shop with your order ID, reason, and photos if relevant. Do not return items until we confirm the address and process.
