Yes — we ship nationwide via courier. Exact rates and timeframes show at checkout once we’ve wired your live carrier accounts. Rural or outlying areas may take an extra day or two.
How are orders packaged?
Garments ship folded in recyclable outer packaging with a neutral sender label. Inside, pieces are wrapped so they arrive ready to try on — the same care we’d want if we ordered them ourselves.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Where VAT applies, it’s included in the price you see unless we clearly say otherwise (for example trade-only scenarios).
How do returns, swaps, or store credit work?
We keep it simple: start with hello@oooh.shop and your order number. Faulty or mis-described goods are handled under the Consumer Protection Act. For change-of-mind cases, see our refund policy — underwear and swimwear may be excluded once tags are removed or hygiene strips are broken, in line with standard apparel retail practice.
Do you offer size guides?
Where we list measurements on a product page, use them to compare against something you already own. Not sure? Email us with your usual size and fit preference — we will steer you before you checkout.
How do you use my personal information?
